6 of our members were part of the Youth Exchange “Rule the world and become an entrepreneur vol. 2” seminar and project, that was held in Vinkovci, Croatia. This project is part of the Erasmus + Youth Exchange program and participants from Croatia, Macedonia, Greece, Portugal, Italy and Romania attended. Through this seminar they have expanded and realized the importance of the motivation and willingness to make decisions for an entrepreneurial career.
The main purpose of this project was all the participants to learn and improve their own skills, capabilities and thoughts in the area of entrepreneurship and cooperation with people from various countries and nationalities. The teams that were created during the workshops were consisted of members that were randomly chosen, they did not know each other previously, so they did overcome those barriers through a lots of games, assignments and exercises. The implemented tasks and activities were associated with creativity, time management, promotion, sales techniques, team building, leadership, trust and self-confidence.
The motivation and involvement of each participant provided and resulted with very positive outcome, attitude, smiles, friendships and achieving the common goal – experience knowledge and willingness to make a step further, take risk, have the spirit to start an own business and be an entrepreneur in the future. Therefore we hope for future cooperation and attendance on other projects and conferences.
