Hitlancer enables matchmaking between the capital owners, so called project creators, and the qualified human resources having time-management skills and productivity, temporary intellectually engaged for specified period of time. The principle is simple; project creators want particular job to be finished by the freelancers, who possess the needed skills, knowledge and capacities for its realization. Both user types, through the platform, officially but securely communicate in informal agreement frame for successful completion of the given targets.
The innovative business model with the series of benefits, expresses Hitlancer’s services into points, virtual money. Thus, the well-known commission for a service is avoided and it is guaranteed proper allocation of points according to the quality of the accomplished project. The points are available for the users by symbolic price, through the secure electronic payment system, in cooperation with NLB Tutunska Bank. Profile registration for both type of users is free of charge.
Whole Hitlancer’s functionalities will be available in the following several months after the promotion event. For now, the platform is available on Macedonian language, but it will be translated into Albanian in near future. After the first year, the team’s goal is to open their freelancing platform outside Macedonia, offering their services in English language. The platform is in the beginning phase, and since the official start, they have more than 200 profiles created, and also have already started the negotiations for the first projects that will be posted on Hitlancer’s platform.
