The first ever Summer Work & Travel Alumni organization in the world!!!

USA Summer Work & Travel Alumni Macedonia is a non-profit organization voluntarily formed by an independent group of students to exercise, care and align their interests and beliefs, as well as for performing the activities and interventions aimed at improving and promoting the position and status of the students who were, are and will be part of the USA Summer Work & Travel Program.

No matter if you’ve been on the Summer Work and Travel Program 10 years ago, have just come back or you are planning on going we are here to support you.

You’ve been to the Summer Work and Travel Program, you came back and don’t know what to do? You’ve spent all your money in few months, shown everything you’ve bought to your friends, went through your photos thousands of time… You came back full with enthusiasm, but somehow you manage to drown back into the Macedonian society. You had a perfect business plan on your mind, something that you saw in the US and you thought it can work in our reality, but had no idea where to start … How about writing it down, making the perfect business plan? Let us help you and show you how to make it and watch your idea turning into reality, from which you can profit and make our society better place to live in. You want to get employed, but you don’t know how to write good CV or motivation letter? Let us help you with that too. We will provide you with professional carrier oriented workshops and training which would help you become the best candidate for your dreamed job. At the end you want to find people to start some initiative or activity, we guarantee you that you will very easily find some in SWTA Macedonia.

You want to be part of W&T program but don’t know where to start? SWTA Macedonia should be your first stop. We can help you have the best W&T experience by sharing our experience, the pros and cons, but we will also help you to get well prepared for all the challenges you are going to face in the US. Going for the first time is not an easy thing to do, and we now it, all of have been through it. You are scared that you are not getting a visa, in the first place, than if you’re approved for visa you don’t know where you are going and how it’s going to be; you will have a lot of challenges on your way, some difficult to handle some not. The best part is that you won’t be alone! We’ll show you how to present your best qualities on the job interview, so that you could finish it with a positive outcome, we’ll show you how a real visa interview looks like through role-play and at the end, don’t be afraid of asking us any questions, we are never too busy and have a lot more than 5 min for you!
